Mr. FUNG Din Chung, Rickie, Executive Vice President– Mr. Fung is responsible for business development and corporate marketing work for Hong Kong and the South China area. In addition, he oversees a number of subsidiaries, including i21 (ASP service), HR21 (payroll software) and others. Mr. Fung has over 29 years of IT experience. Prior to joining the Excel Group in 1996, Mr. Fung worked for IBM Hong Kong for 17 years, holding various positions in technical service, training, marketing and management areas. Mr. Fung is a frequent speaker on various information technology subjects. Mr. Fung was appointed as an Executive Director of the Group in 2000.
Sze Chan, Vice President– Over 10 years software & consulting experience with major global companies including Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, Baan N.V. & Vignette Inc., Mr. Chan was originally trained as a CPA before moving into software consulting and later concentrating on offshore outsourcing. His unique background enables him to understand global companies’ needs and hence to structure outsourcing deals that can address cost reductions and quality risks control.
