The Excel-GITS software work processes were adopted in the early days from a mixture of IBM Software Laboratory, and US NASA methodologies. And they have been continually developed and refined from our team's years of experience in the software development/localization industry. The processes from people management, project control, project implementation to project closing have been tested repeatedly for their maturity and transposability across different types of projects. And we continue to improve on them by learning from the experiences on various projects. All the steps in the work processes are carried out to either achieve better quality, higher efficiency, greater delivery capacity, or faster delivery for our clients.
