Mr. FUNG Din Chung, Rickie, Executive Vice President- Mr. Fung is responsible for business development and corporate marketing work for Hong Kong and the South China area. In addition, he oversees a number of subsidiaries, including i21 (ASP service), HR21 (payroll software) and others. Mr. Fung has over 29 years of IT experience. Prior to joining the Excel Group in 1996, Mr. Fung worked for IBM Hong Kong for 17 years, holding various positions in technical service, training, marketing and management areas. Mr. Fung is a frequent speaker on various information technology subjects. Mr. Fung was appointed as an Executive Director of the Group in 2000. Sze Chan, Vice President - Over 10 years software & consulting experience with major global companies including Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, Baan N.V. & Vignette Inc., Mr. Chan was originally trained as a CPA before moving into software consulting and later concentrating on offshore outsourcing. His unique background enables him to understand global companies' needs and hence to structure outsourcing deals that can address cost reductions and quality risks control. S.P. Chang, Vice President - Over 20 years software development experience starting with Taiwan's III. Mr. Chang was trained in IBM software development & assurance methodologies. He is an early pioneer in building Software Centers in China since 1991 starting with the secondment by III to build the first IBM software center in China in Shenzhen. His expertise is in building Software Centers with mainframe skills and Japanese skills. Alzena Lee, Vice President - Over 15 years IT experience starting with Taiwan's III with over 8 years in performing SAP implementation, customization & project management. Handled some the largest & major SAP projects in Taiwan including. Also led the efforts in developing the first SAP Accounting & Unified Invoice localizations for the Taiwan market.
